Client CRM
Asteriq keeps a clean profile for each client so your work stays organized and searchable.
- Contact details, notes, and basic client info in one place.
- Quotes, jobs, and invoices are linked to the same client.
- Clear history so you can see what was quoted, completed, and paid.
Quote approval
The goal is simple: send a quote that clients can review and approve without back and forth.
What happens in a real workflow
- 1 Create a quote and share it as a link (clients do not need an account).
- 2 Client reviews and accepts or declines online.
- 3 Convert to a job and invoice when you are ready.
- Clear statuses so you know what is pending, approved, or declined.
- Public quote page and a branded PDF option for sharing.
Payments
Asteriq supports online payments through Stripe payment links on invoices, plus manual payment recording.
- Send invoices with a Stripe payment option so clients can pay online.
- Record manual payments when clients pay by cash, e transfer, or other methods.
- Invoice status updates based on payments (paid, partial, unpaid, overdue).
- Stripe processes card payments (Asteriq does not store card numbers).
Scheduling
Scheduling is designed for small teams that want a simple shared calendar without extra complexity.
- Shared calendar so you can see the work at a glance.
- Drag and drop jobs onto the calendar.
- Unscheduled list for work that is not booked yet.
Teams and permissions
Asteriq supports small teams with roles and access control so the right people can view or edit.
- Invite teammates and assign roles.
- Control who can create, edit, or view important data.
- Works best for small crews (typically 1 to 5 users).
AI
AI features are planned, but we only list what we can stand behind.
- AI Copilot: help drafting and speeding up updates inside the app (coming soon).
- AI Autopilot: automated follow ups and nudges based on rules and context (coming soon).
